THE BUILDING The Hampstead Apartments fosters a friendly atmosphere with beautiful landscaping, convenient guest parking, and an easy access front entrance intercom.  Tenants are able to park securely in a locked underground garage with assigned stalls, while still enjoying direct access to the building through the elevator.

KITCHEN AND APPLIANCES  Spacious kitchens have ceramic tile counter-tops and full, quality appliances: self-cleaning oven, outside venting from range hood, ice maker, disposal, microwave, dishwasher.  Lots of cupboard space, including corner lazy-suzan cabinet.  The laundry equipment is in separate enclosed rooms in each apartment with full size washer and dryer (some stacked units in smaller apartments), installed utility shelving, and outside vented exhaust fans.

BATHROOMS and BEDROOMS   Large bedrooms and bathrooms feature ceramic tile counter and tub surrounds, large mirrors, heat lamps with outside exhaust fans, closet organizers, and additional timer controlled ventilation.  All windows have mini-blinds.

SECURITY FEATURES   The Hampstead offers security features for your peace of mind and safety, with hard-wired smoke alarms and sprinklers in each apartment, and individual apartment security alarm available with window, door, and panic button monitoring.  The building smoke and heat detector system is locally monitored 24/7 and automatically initiates fire calls in the event of an alarm.  Issaquah fire and police are only about 6 blocks away.  Visitors and deliveries can be screened over the front door intercom, with remote door unlocking from your telephone.  Whether for security or just to avoid bad weather, building access through the remote controlled entry garage is direct to the elevator or stairways.  Comcast broadband internet available.

 MAP and LOCAL COMMUNITY

The Hampstead Apartments are located on Front Street South in Issaquah, 1 mile south of I-90. 

Metro Transit (including the free shuttle bus to the main Issaquah Park-n-Ride) stops right in front of the building.

The building joins the paved City Trail for walking access to the library, community recreation center, pool (next to the police and fire department) - all within about 6 blocks.

Within 1 to 2 miles:  Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, Fred Meyer, Gilman Village, PetCo, Movie Theaters, FedEx, Staples, Post Office, Barnes and Noble, Target, Sammammish State Park, and Krispy Kreme.
